The HS Tennis match today at Grangeville at 4pm has been cancelled. This will be rescheduled and I will get that out as soon as possible.
Also, there is a HS Tennis match at Lewiston HS this Saturday at 9am. This is the All League Matches.

Congratulations to the Softball Team on their doubleheader win vs Grangeville JV to improve their record to 4-0 on the season. Just a reminder that we have a JV Baseball doubleheader vs Orofino JV today with the first game at 4pm and the second game at 5:30pm. These will only be 5 inning games.
The HS Softball game that was cancelled with Orofino has been rescheduled for Monday April 18th at 5pm. We will now be playing Orofino's JV and not their Varsity in this contest.
The Kendrick Invitational HS Track Meet this Saturday at Lapwai has been cancelled. There is not a set makeup date as of yet, but I will have one before too long and get that info out as well.
I have attached a flier for the Kooskia Teen Center. They are doing their Grand Opening at 5pm this Friday April 8th. This is an hour before the CVHS Class of 2023 is having their Safe and Sober Fundraiser at the HS. Stop on by the Teen Center for a bit and then make sure you come on down and support the class of 2023 by playing some Bingo and eating some walking tacos.

Kooskia Teen Center Grand Opening is Friday, April 8th from 5-7pm.
Next week we start ISAT testing for 6th - 11th grades.
Here are some suggestions you can do to help ensure your child’s experience is a positive and successful one through testing.
1. Ensure your child arrives to school on time.
2. Have your child eat a healthy breakfast as home or get a free breakfast when they come to school.
3. Ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep, at least 8 hours without electronics.
4. Remind your child to bring a set of headphones to school on the morning of test. We will have some headphones students can use during testing.
5. Encourage them to do their best.
A few reminders on ensuring test security that students will not be allowed to have cells phones on or with them in testing session.

The Baseball games that were scheduled at Kendrick today that were cancelled have been rescheduled for Friday 4/8. This is a 1+1, with the Varsity playing at 4pm and the JV playing at 6pm.
If you are not doing anything on Friday evening, come and support a great cause!

The Softball Doubleheader vs Grangeville JV that was scheduled tomorrow 4/5, has been rescheduled for 4/6 at the same times, 3/5pm. Just a reminder, that since we are playing a JV team, the games will be on an hour and a half time limit. You can finish the inning that you are in, but no new inning can be started once you reach your time limit.
Parents and guardians, if you have concerns about the content in the books your children check out from the libraries please feel free to contact your librarian and they can put a note on your child’s Valnet account to further filter what they can checkout. We strive to review the books that are in our schools to be age appropriate and you can help to ensure your children only get content that you approve of.
