There will not be 2 games tonight for JH Girls Basketball vs Prairie. There will only be an 8th grade game now and it will be played at 4:30 pm. There will be concessions (limited) that will be run by Ethan Brousseau. This is his Senior Project. Help support him if you can. Just a reminder that the game will be on the NFHS Network.
Also, I have had 3 or 4 people reach out to me asking if there was a home HS Volleyball match this Thursday vs Potlatch, there is not. This was changed and updated awhile back. That game will be played on October 8th, with JV beginning at 2pm.

Congratulations to the HS Volleyball team as they picked up their first league win on the season and won their third game in a row! Let's keep it going! They won't be in action again until next Thursday at Troy.

Good morning everyone! I hope that everyone had a great weekend! I first of all wanted to thank everyone that came out to the Homecoming Parade and football game on Friday Night! What an electrifying atmosphere! That was something fun and special to be a part of and I along with all of the coaches and team thank you for that!

The KYRO Youth football game is at Grangeville today starting at 6 pm. The game vs Prairie on Wednesday could be here or there or it might even be a home game vs Kamiah. The details are still being worked out and I will get that out for you asap.

I have attached a flyer for Child Passenger Safety Week. If you are an expecting mom or a parent with kids in car seats, if you show up to any of these places on the dates listed, they will inspect your car seat and give you a new one if it is defective or recalled. They will also make sure that it is properly installed as well.

I have attached the flyer for the fundraiser for Alan Rueben. Alan is our JH Girls Basketball Coach and a very good friend of mine that was diagnosed with cancer. They will be selling pizza on Friday night to help raise money. I hope that everyone will support this. We are all with you Alan!

The KYRO Youth Football game scheduled at Kamiah tonight at 6pm has been cancelled due to Air Quality. There is no reschedule date at this time. I will let you know if it does.

Due to Air Quality the Powderpuff Game has been cancelled. They voted to play Dodgeball instead. Here is the list of events now.

This will be held in the CVHS Main Gym.

The JH Girls Basketball game that was scheduled on Monday September 19th 4:30 pm at home vs Prairie has been moved to Wednesday September 21st at 4:30 pm. This change is due to the HS Volleyball game being moved to home on September 19th instead of being at St. John Bosco.
Just a reminder that we will be charging a gate for home JH events. The cost is the same as Home HS Events. Here is a list of the prices below.

Good afternoon everyone! I hope that everyone is enjoying their Saturday. This next week is Homecoming Week! There are a lot of things happening this week and some schedule changes and updates.
HS Volleyball Changes. You will notice this week that a C Squad game has been added at Kamiah on Tuesday September 13th and vs Prairie on Thursday September 15th.
The HS Volleyball game that was scheduled at Highland on Saturday September 17th has been moved to CV now. Game times are listed on the Ram Sheet. Also, our HS Volleyball game that was scheduled at St. John Bosco on Monday September 19th has also been moved to CV. The start time will still be 6pm, but the Varsity will play first, then followed by the JV.
The JH Football game vs Salmon River on Thursday September 15th might have two things happen to it. First, it might get moved to 5 pm to accommodate refs or it might get cancelled all together because of no refs available. I will keep you posted on that.

There are no home contests this week. The HS Volleyball game that was at Nezperce on Tuesday 9/6 has been moved to Wednesday 9/7. This change was made last week. Also, the KYRO Youth Football game that was scheduled at Grangeville on Thursday 9/8 has been cancelled. This game we will try to get rescheduled, but at this time there has been no makeup date set. I will let you know as soon as there is.
Coach Martinez and the JH Football team will open up their season this week on the road as they travel to Prairie to take on the Pirates!

Good morning everyone! Tonight the HS Volleyball team will have their first home match of the season! They will be playing both Genesee and Troy. If you are unable to make it, all of these games will also be broadcasted on the NFHS Pixellott System. You must have a subscription to view. We will also be having concessions.
Also, the HS Volleyball match that was scheduled for September 6th, has been moved to September 7th due to no refs being available on the 6th. The game time will still start at 6pm for JV, with the Varsity to follow.
The Cross Country team will be having their first meet of the year as they will travel to Deyo Reservoir to compete in the Moose Creek Invitational.
Congratulations to Bass Myers for being named the Lewiston Morning Tribune Athlete of the Week for his performance against Glenns Ferry! Bass rushed for 2 touchdowns and 93 yards on offense, along with 1 catch for 65 yards and a touchdown. He was also a thorn in Glenns Ferry's side on defense all afternoon as well, collecting 10 tackles and 2 sacks!
